Andrew Robinson, the 20-year old musician, is best known for his ability to captivate audiences with his melodic artistry. His abilities as a guitarist and singer-songwriter have drawn the attention of the music world. Andrew is inspired by classic sounds such as The Eagles, The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, blues influences including Stevie Ray Vaughan, BB King, and Eric Clapton, and jazz greats like Miles Davis, Wes Montgomery, Charlie Parker, and Joe Pass. These influences weave in the sounds from several genres creating a style completely unique to him. In addition to his virtuosic guitar playing, his original songs touch on personal experiences and dig to the most human of emotions. 


Andrew started learning guitar at the age of seven. He has played professionally since the age of eleven. At eight years old he declared that music would be his life. 

Andrew Robinson has torn up the music scenes in Nashville, Memphis, New Orleans, Austin, and in the DMV area with highlights including Memphis’s BB Kings, Nashville’s Tootsies, and New Orlean’s Spotted Cat. He also is the recipient of several music scholarships including a full-tuition scholarship to Berklee College of Music’s Guitar Sessions and Strathmore’s Summer Intensive, and a scholarship to Interlochen’s Jazz Summer Program. His jazz abilities were recognized when he was named Maryland’s All-State Jazz Guitarist. As versatile as he ranges, he stays grounded in his passion for writing songs that move people and playing guitar solos from his soul.
